| 제목 | Engineering Humanism for minimizing of Human Errors occurring in the fields of major Industries -Based on the practical hands-on experiences in domestic and overseas Complex Chemical Plants- |
| 초록 | The purpose of this study is to minimize various key human errors which there are possibilities to be occurred in the fields of major Industries. We have been facing with possibilities and near miss from various incidents by human errors coming from poor philosophical/ethical managements on both Engineering and Humanities & Social Sciences (EHSS). Various critical incidents are currently occurring in the various fields of industries. These incidents are caused by human errors happened on loose managements originating from the EHSS. We engineers should thoroughly analyze in detail and cope with the various core human errors coming on both fields of the EHSS. So, many-sided core human errors should be comprehensively reviewed and solved on the various concepts of the EHSS. Accordingly, this paper shows various cases of human errors on the EHSS, and also those solutions on the basis of Engineering Humanism. |
