Across Thailand, many areas will stay hot during the day, and some provinces still have a chance of thunderstorms.
NorthDaytime weather will be hot, with thunderstorms expected in about 10% of the region. The main risk areas are Mae Hong Son, Chiang Mai, Chiang Rai , Tak, Kamphaeng Phet, Uttaradit, Phitsanulok, and Phetchabun.
Temperatures will range from 18 to 22 degrees Celsius at the low end, and 33 to 38 degrees Celsius at the high end. Southeast winds will blow at 10 to 15 kilometers per hour.
Northeast. The weather will also be hot during the day, with thunderstorms covering around 10% of the area. The provinces most likely to see rain are Loei, Chaiyaphum, and Nakhon Ratchasima. Low temperatures will be 18 to 22 degrees Celsius, while highs will reach 34 to 36 degrees Celsius. Easterly winds will move at 10 to 15 kilometers per hour.
Central region: Hot daytime conditions will continue, and thunderstorms are expected in 10% of the area. The provinces to watch are Uthai Thani, Kanchanaburi, Ratchaburi, Nakhon Pathom, Samut Sakhon, and Samut Songkhram.
Temperatures will stay between 24 and 25 degrees Celsius at the minimum and 35 to 38 degrees Celsius at the maximum. Southeast winds will average 10 to 15 kilometers per hour.
East:The eastern region will stay hot during the day, with thunderstorms in about 20% of the area. Rain is most likely in Prachin Buri, Chachoengsao, Chon Buri, Rayong, Chanthaburi, and Trat. Minimum temperatures will be 21 to 26 degrees Celsius, and maximum temperatures will be 32 to 37 degrees Celsius.
Southeast winds will range from 15 to 30 kilometers per hour. Waves will be around 1 meter high, but in stormy areas they may rise above 2 meters.
South, east coastThunderstorms are expected in about 10% of the area, mainly in Phetchaburi, Prachuap Khiri Khan, and Chumphon. Temperatures will range from 22 to 25 degrees Celsius at the low end and 33 to 36 degrees Celsius at the high end.
From Chumphon northward, southeast winds will reach 15 to 30 kilometers per hour, with waves around 1 meter high. In places with thunderstorms, waves may exceed 2 meters. From Surat Thani southward, southeast winds will increase to 15 to 35 kilometers per hour. Wave heights will be around 1 to 2 meters, and higher than 2 meters in stormy areas.
Southwest coastThunderstorms will affect about 10% of the area, mainly in Ranong, Phang Nga, and Krabi. Temperatures will range from 24 to 26 degrees Celsius for the low and 34 to 36 degrees Celsius for the high.
Easterly winds will blow at 15 to 30 kilometers per hour. Waves will average around 1 meter, while offshore areas and places with thunderstorms may see waves higher than 1 meter.
Bangkokand the surrounding provinces will be hot during the day, with thunderstorms in about 10% of the area. Temperatures will range from 24 to 26 degrees Celsius at the minimum and 33 to 36 degrees Celsius at the maximum. Southern winds will move at 10 to 15 kilometers per hour.
