You can log in with any email that's listed on your Facebook account.

If you have a mobile number confirmed on your account, you can enter it here (don't add any zeros before the country code, or any symbols).

You can also log in with your username

You can add or remove a saved account from your phone.
Logging in with a saved account allows you to log in with one tap, instead of entering your email or mobile phone number and password. In some cases, you may still need to enter your password. You can remove saved accounts
that appear on the Facebook login screen at any time.
When you log into Facebook
, you may see multiple accounts you have across Meta apps (for example, Facebook or Instagram) that you can use to log in.
The accounts you see as available to log into may appear for one or more of the following reasons:
1.
The account was recently logged into on the same device.
2.
You have multiple accounts added to the same Accounts Center, and these accounts are able to log into each other.
3.
You use an Android phone and you’re logged into a Google account that is associated with any Facebook or Instagram accounts you have.
Add an account from the login screen on your phone
When you log into the Facebook app for the first time on your device, you’ll see a prompt to use one-tap login. You can select this option instead of entering your email or mobile phone number and password in the future. You can later remove the account from your device if you prefer.

associated with your account.

If you want to delete your account but are having trouble logging in, try these tips.
Since it goes against our Community Standards
to maintain more than one personal account, we don't have a way to merge multiple accounts. However, you can manually switch to one account and keep the information that's important to you.
Before you close any of your accounts:
Download the information
you've added to the account that you don't want to keep.
If you manage any Pages or Groups, add the account you're keeping
as an admin to that Page or Group.
Once you've moved all your information into a single account, you can then delete any duplicate accounts

If you ever forget your password, you'll want to be prepared ahead of time with a way to get back in to your Facebook account without it.
You can use one of several recovery options to prevent getting locked out of your account in the future:
Have an up to date way for us to contact you. We'll be able to send you a confirmation code to reset your password using a trusted email or mobile phone number. Please make sure you're the only person who can access the email addresses and mobile phone numbers listed on your Facebook account.
Add another email
or mobile phone number
to your account in case your original contact method is compromised. Make sure no one else has access to any emails associated with your Facebook and that your email password is different from your Facebook account password.
Use your authentic name
and date of birth
on your Facebook account so we can find your profile if you ever lose access to it.
