Appeal Facebook's decision to disable your group or remove content, and more about Group Quality
Group Quality shows you actions Facebook has taken to enforce our Community Standards
in a group you admin. Based on activity in a group, Facebook may do any of the following:
Take down violating content.
Show a group's content lower in Feed if a group repeatedly violates Community Standards
. Facebook may also stop recommending that people join the group.
Turn on temporary post approval for individual members or for the entire group.
Disable the group if there are multiple admin and moderator violations, which includes:
If an admin or moderator creates content (example: posts, comments) that violates our Community Standards.
If an admin creates a community chat or sends content in a community chat that violates our Community Standards.
If an admin or moderator approves violating content from a group member.

If you don’t see the option to appeal, it could be because either another admin of your group has already requested to appeal the decision, or because certain violations of our Community Standards
can't be appealed. After you've appealed a violation, you can check the status of your appeal by selecting See Details
next to the violation you’re appealing.

Community Standards Notification
When you go to a group that has Community Standards violations, you may see the notification "This Group may share content that violates our Community Standards." We show this message so you know that you may see posts in the group that aren't allowed on Facebook but that haven't been marked as removed for Community Standards violations yet.
You may also see the notification "This Group has allowed posts that violate our Community Standards."
If you see the notification, you can choose:
Review Group:
Go to the group and review the content to make sure that you're ok with the content that is shared in the group before you decide to join.

Why you can't post, comment or participate in a Facebook group
Why you can't post, comment or participate in a Facebook group
If your ability to post, comment or participate in a group has been restricted, it may be because:
A group admin has temporarily turned off your ability to post, comment or participate in the group. They might have temporarily suspended
you, temporarily limited how frequently you can post or comment
or slowed down comments on a post
.
Facebook has temporarily turned off your ability to post, comment or participate in a group. Facebook may also require group admins to approve your group posts. These restrictions may be due to such factors as violations of Facebook’s Community Standards
. Learn more about strikes and restrictions
on Facebook.
We understand that this can be frustrating. We recommend checking your Support Inbox
for any additional information about your ability to post, comment or participate in groups. If Facebook removed your content but you don't think it went against our Community Standards, we usually offer the ability to request a review of decisions you disagree with. Learn how to request a review

Note that if you have additional profiles
and any of your profiles are suspended
:
You can still participate in the group with any of your profiles that are not suspended
or banned
and are already in the group.

Limits on the use of certain features on Facebook
Limits on the use of certain features on Facebook
We have limits in place to prevent the abuse of our features and to protect people from spam and harassment. These limits are based on different factors, like speed and quantity. We can't provide additional details on the rate limits that are enforced.
Examples of feature limits include:
If someone is sending out an excessive number of messages to people they aren't friends with, they may be warned or temporarily blocked from sending messages.
If someone adds several people to a group within a short period of time, that person may be warned or temporarily blocked from adding more people.

What it means that a group may contain flagged content
What it means that a group may contain flagged content
This feature is only available in some groups.
In some eligible groups, admins have access to a tool
that flags potential violations
of the Facebook Community Standards. The admins can then do one of the following:
Agree and remove the content
Request that a Meta review team take another look.
If the review team decides that the content doesn't violate the Facebook Community Standards, the content will be automatically restored. If the team determines that the content does violate the Facebook Community Standards, they will take down the content and the violation will show up in the group's Group Quality
.
Restore the content
(only available in some groups for content flagged for bullying and harassment
). An admin might use this option if their understanding is that the content was not intended as bullying and harassment
(example: “I hear you, dog”).
If your content was flagged and held for admin review:
You’ll receive a notification.
You can see the flagged content by going to your group, tapping
at the top and selecting Manage your content
, then Flagged
.
You’ll receive another notification if the flagged content was then removed by an admin or the Meta review team.
Note:
If this tool is available to admins of a group you’re in, there will be a notice in the group’s About section saying that this group may contain flagged content.
If you see content that was restored by the group admins but you think it should have been removed, you can still report it
.
Admins of some groups also have the option to choose what happens by default
to all content flagged for bullying and harassment
.
The tool flags potential violations by both members and admins/moderators.
