To upload an existing photo to your group, make sure the photo is saved to your camera roll.

Tap 
in the top right of Facebook, then tap Groups
and select your group.

Tap Write something...
at the top of your group.

Tap Photos
or Video
and select a photo or video, then tap Next
or Done
.

After choosing your photo or video, write an optional caption and then tap Post
.
In public groups, photos are visible to everyone in the audience of the group. In private groups, photos are only visible to other members.
Note:
In public groups, admins might require approval
before you can post or comment for the first time. The approval process might involve answering participation questions and agreeing to the group rules. Only admins and moderators can see your answers. Once someone is approved as a participant, their future posts might still require admin approval if the admin has set up post approval
