New Pages Experience
If you are in the new Pages experience, people with Facebook access
can share links from your Page.
1.
Tap
in the top right of Facebook.
2.
Tap View your profile
.
3.
Tap Switch Profiles
and select the Page you want to switch to.
4.
Tap your profile picture at the top of your Feed.
5.
Tap
next to your profile picture.
6.
Tap Upload Photo
to choose a photo from your phone or to take a new photo with your phone's camera.
7.
Tap Update
.

To add or change your Page's cover photo:
1.
Tap
in the top right of Facebook, then tap your name.
2.
Tap Switch Profiles
in the top right, then select the Page you want to switch into.
3.
Tap
in the top right, then tap your Page name to go to it.
4.
Tap
in the bottom right of your cover photo.
5.
Tap Upload photo
to choose a photo from your mobile phone's library.
6.
Preview your cover photo and tap Update
at the bottom.

Keep the following in mind when choosing a cover photo:
Use a unique image that represents your Page, like a popular menu item, album artwork or a picture of people using your product.
Be creative and experiment with images to see what your audience responds to best.
Review the dimensions for cover photos
before uploading a photo.
Make sure that your cover photo follows the Pages Terms
. Cover photos can't be deceptive, misleading or infringe on anyone's copyright.

Your Page's categories appear below your Page's name in search and can help people find what they're looking for. Different features
may be available based on the category you choose for your Page.
Try to be specific when choosing a category. For example, choose “Italian Restaurant” instead of “Restaurant.” There's no limit to the number of times that you can edit the category of your Page.
New Pages Experience
If you have task access
to a Page, you can’t update your Page’s category. If you have Facebook access
to a Page, you can switch into your Page
on Facebook, then edit your Page’s category.
To edit your Page's category:
1.
Log into Facebook from a computer.
2.
Switch to the Page you want to use, then from your Page, click About
.
3.
On the left side, select Contact and Basic Info
.
4.
Below Category
, click
.
5.
Start typing a category and select an option from the dropdown list that appears. If you don't see a category that describes your Page, choose the closest available option.
6.
Click Save
.

Depending on your Page category, you can add different types of basic information to your Page. For example, if your Page category is Local Business
, you can add your address, phone number and more info about your business.
New Pages Experience
If you have task access
to a Page, you can’t update Page information. If you have Facebook access
to a Page, you can switch into your Page
on Facebook, then add basic information to your Page.
1.
Log into Facebook from a computer.
2.
Switch to the Page you want to update.
3.
From your Page, click About
.
4.
Click the section you want to edit (example: Contact and Basic Info
) and follow the instructions on the screen to add information. To write custom details about yourself, click Details About You
.
This information will appear in your Page's About section.

Note: Since charity information requires verification for nonprofit Facebook Pages, charities aren't able to perform self-service updates. If you're the financial administrator
for a nonprofit's Facebook Page, you'll need to contact Support
to make changes.

If you have task access
to a Page, you can’t update the Page’s address. If you have Facebook access
to a Page, you can switch into your Page
on Facebook, then add or edit your Page’s address.
To add the address for your Page:
1.
Log into Facebook from a computer.
2.
Switch to the Page you want to use, then go to your Page.
3.
Below your Page profile picture, click About
.
4.
On the left side, select Contact and Basic Info
.
5.
Below Contact Info
, click Add your address
, then enter the address of your business. You can drag the map to reposition the location of your business.
6.
Click Save
.
To edit the address for your Page:
1.
Log into Facebook from a computer.
2.
Switch to the Page you want to use, then go to your Page.
3.
Below your Page profile picture, click About
.
4.
On the left side, select Contact and Basic Info
.
5.
Next to your address, click
, then update your address. You can drag the map to reposition the location of your business.
Keep in mind that you can only add one address. If you're unable to add an address to your Page, check your page access
or try changing your Page category.
Note: If you connect your Page to an Instagram profile
, adding or updating your Page's address will add your location to the Instagram Map.

You can add or change business hours on your Facebook Page. Please note that your time zone is determined by your location. Make sure that your map pin and address are set up correctly. You can add your business address and location by going to Facebook on a computer or using the Facebook app for iOS or Android.
To add or change business hours:
1.
Tap
in the top right of Facebook.
2.
Tap View your profile
.
3.
Tap Switch Profiles
and select the Page you want to switch to.
4.
Tap your profile picture at the top of your Feed.
5.
Tap About
, then scroll down at and See all About
.
6.
Tap Add Hours
or Edit Hours
.
7.
Tap Standard Hours
and tap Next
to customize your hours.
8.
Tap the check box next to the days your business is open. Tap the hours to edit them. To add more hours, tap + Add additional hours
then tap to edit the hours.
9.
Tap Save.
If you don’t see an Hours section, you may need to change your Page’s category
.

You can list services on your Page to let visitors know what your business offers.
New Pages Experience
You can add services to your Page if you had the Appointments feature set up for your classic Page before it was updated to the new Pages experience. Keep in mind: You need to have Facebook access
to add services to your Page in the new Pages experience.

Login to Facebook on a computer to add a service.
To add a service to your Facebook Page:
1.
Log into Facebook, then click your profile photo in the top right.
2.
Click See all profiles
, then select the Page you want to switch into.
3.
From your Feed, click your Page in the left menu.
4.
Click About
below your cover photo.
5.
Scroll down to Basic info
, then click Add Services
.
6.
Select your services then click Save
, then fill in the information about your service.

Click Save

Eligibility for Facebook’s Fundraising Tools depends on which country/region your organization is based in. Nonprofits that apply and are approved may receive donated funds from PayPal Giving Fund. You will have access to all of the fundraising tools.

Accessing the application for Facebook's Fundraising Tools
To access the application, make sure that you are a Page admin for your nonprofit's Page, and your nonprofit Page meets the following requirements:
The address of the organization is included in the "About" section of the Facebook Page, with the map set to public visibility.
The Page's category is "Nonprofit Organization" or "Charity Organization" as the first option.
Page is published (and at least 2 days old).
Page has at least 1 post.
Has both a cover photo and a profile picture.
Follows our Community Standards
To be eligible, your nonprofit must:
Be registered with an acceptable registry for your country or region. Find a registry.
Be in a country or region where donation payouts through our partners is available:

Note:
Only the admin for your nonprofit’s Facebook Page can complete and submit the applications. Incomplete applications can’t be saved. If you have to stop before you finish, then you’ll need to start over when you come back.

Good standing with IRS:
Before you start the application, check that you are in good standing with the IRS.
Know your category:
The type of work your organization does or supports. Example: The World Wildlife Federation would be in the “Environmental” category.
Have a Facebook Page:
Your organization must have an active Page on Facebook.
Info about your organization
You’ll have to provide your organization’s:
Name
Address
Contact info, like a telephone number
Tax ID, Charity Number, Registration Number, or Revenue Number based on your location
Info about your CEO or highest ranking official
You’ll need to provide some info about your organization’s CEO or highest ranking official:
