All donations are irrevocable gifts to PPGF and can only be refunded in certain circumstances as outlined by PayPal Giving Fund’s Donation Refund Policy
or when required by law.

Payments can fail when your bank or payment provider experiences an issue processing your payment. If the payment method you're using to make a donation fail, try adding a new payment method
to your Facebook account.
