Change your preferred currency for Meta Pay

To change your preferred currency for payments you make on Facebook:

1.

Open Facebook.com on your computer.

2.

Click

in the top right of Facebook.

3.

Click Orders and payments , then click Settings .

4.

Click Currency to update your preferred currency.

Keep in mind: If you change your preferred currency, you'll need to wait 72 hours before you can change it again.

How do I update my primary PayPal payment method for use on Facebook?

How do I update my primary PayPal payment method for use on Facebook?

Update your primary PayPal payment method

1.

Visit PayPal and log into your account.

2.

Click the Settings cog in the top-right corner.

3.

Click Payments .

4.

Click Manage pre-approved payments .

5.

You should see Facebook, Inc. listed as one of your merchants.

6.

Click Set Available Funding Sources .

7.

Choose which payment method you'd like to use for future Meta Pay and then click Save .

To link your PayPal account with Facebook, you'll first need to set up a billing agreement with Facebook. Here's how:

1.

Select the game you want to make a purchase in.

2.

Choose the item or currency you want to purchase.

3.

Below Select Payment Method , select PayPal .

After clicking Buy , you’ll be asked to login into your PayPal account and complete your billing agreement with Facebook. Once your billing agreement is set up, you'll be able to make future payments using PayPal.

Note: If we don't accept your local currency, you may still be able to make payments on Facebook, however you'll be responsible for any foreign exchange fees incurred by these transactions.

Note: If you see a charge on your Ads Account that you don’t recognize, visit the Meta Business Help Center .

If you see a charge on your bank statement that you think may have originated from Meta Pay, make sure a family member, friend, or co-worker didn't use your account to buy something without you knowing.

If you still don't know who bought something using your account, let us know by following the steps below and we'll investigate further.

Report an unauthorized charge

Open Facebook.com on your computer.

Click Orders and payments .

4.

Click Activity and then click on the unauthorized transaction.

5.

Click Get Help with this Payment .

6.

Click Contact Us and choose Live Chat with Us or Email Us .

7.

Follow the on-screen instructions to report your unauthorized charge.

We’ll notify you via email and your as soon as your case has been updated.
