Create and manage labels for Facebook Page messages

Classic Pages on Facebook are updating to the new Pages experience . You’ll still have access to many of the same features to manage your professional presence, build your brand or business, grow your audience and connect with followers. Your content, insights, ads, Likes and followers will automatically transfer when your Page updates.
Log into Facebook on a computer to create and manage labels.
You can create and apply labels to your Page's messages to organize them by category, topic or importance. You can apply more than one label to a message, and you can filter your Page's inbox to see all messages with that label.
You can manage messages and labels for a Page if you have Facebook or task access to a new Page. You must be logged into Facebook on a computer to create and manage labels.
