Shell Oil Company apparently now runs a lottery... a free lottery... picking winners randomly from email addresses... and giving away about a million dollars per week. If that makes sense to you, we suggest you re-enroll in kindergarten, apparently you haven't learned much yet! This is a very obvious scam. There is NO SUCH THING as a lottery in which "participants for the online version were selected randomly from World Wide Web sites through Ballot draw system" to select winners.
Notice the gibberish writing, excessive use of CAPITAL letters, etc. Note the other clues to an obvious fraud that we have highlighted in the letter; keep confidential, selected by a random computer lottery of email addresses, use of free hotmail/yahoo email accounts, etc.
