There may have been a link to http://check.childsafetyalertourselves.linkin the email,too. It a spam email. Spam is unwanted, unsolicited advertisments, used by unscrupulous companies.
Do not click on the links, nor write back. It is our experience that the relatively new .LINK domains have become the home of smpammers and con artists.
To find true, real sex offender lists, see an actual overnment website, like this: United States Department of Justice National Sex Offender Website, www.nsopw.gov . NSOPW is the only sex offender search site with direct access to live registered sex offender information from the individual registration jurisdictions.
