Hop Film Now

Don't miss the fall lineup of iconic classics, fresh cinema and (of course) advance screenings straight from the Telluride Film Festival!

Fall Film and Telluride at Dartmouth tickets are now on sale.

Telluride at Dartmouth is back, bringing you seven captivating films in special screenings. We'll keep that festival energy alive as we celebrate 75 years of the Dartmouth Film Society with landmark classics and new work by alums making waves in the film industry. We'll also pay tribute to legendary actor Malcolm McDowell , honoring his remarkable career in film and television. And just in time for the election, American democracy takes center stage in our exciting collaboration with the Rockefeller Center for Public Policy.

Fall Film Calendar Telluride at Dartmouth

This Fall kicks off with the Telluride at Dartmouth series, featuring seven screenings direct from the acclaimed Colorado film festival. This year's lineup includes adaptations of bestsellers ( Conclave , Nickel Boys , Don't Let's Go to the Dogs Tonight ), a ticking-clock thriller about the opening night of SNL , a stop-motion animated comedy and Will Ferrell on a road trip with a friend who's trans.

In October, we are thrilled to present the Dartmouth Film Award to legendary actor Malcolm McDowell. McDowell will join us for a screening of A Clockwork Orange as well as a special tribute event with a conversation about his extensive career in film and television.

Throughout October, Hop Film is also partnering with the Rockefeller Center for Public Policy on a four-part film series leading up to the election. From the separation of church and state to special guest Robert Putnam's Bowling Alone to preparing for an encore insurrection, these films explore threats to American Democracy and what we can do about them.

And most exciting! The Dartmouth Film Society, the oldest college film society in the country, celebrates its 75th anniversary this fall. Throughout the year, we'll be charting the impact of Dartmouth alums on the entertainment industry through screenings of landmark classics and new work by alumni screenwriters, actors, directors and producers. The keystone event of this yearlong celebration will be the Dartmouth Film & Media Alumni Fest (Nov 7-10), featuring six new films, panels, parties and more!
