OVIS can be reached Monday through Friday, 9am to 4pm.
OVIS staff work in a hybrid format, with both in-person and remote work days. Students can schedule in-person or remote advising appointments using the OVIS online scheduling system .
If an international student, faculty or staff member has an immigration emergency that requires immediate OVIS assistance outside of normal working hours, they should contact Dartmouth Safety & Security at 603-646-4000. Safety & Security will contact an OVIS staff member directly.
