The National Response Team's Integrated Contingency Plan Guidance (One Plan)
The official version of the One Plan Guidance was published in the Federal Register on June 5, 1996, and the official version in PDF format below contains the complete document as published. (PDF files can be viewed with Adobe Acrobat, downloadable free. A correction was published in the Federal Register since several lines from table "DOT/RSPA FRP (49 CFR 194)" were omitted in the original published version. The text for the FR correction notice is also included below. The complete corrected version is available in WP below.

NRT-1: Hazardous Materials Planning Guide(2001 Update)
This 2001 update of the 1987 Hazardous Materials Emergency Planning Guide (NRT-1, "Orange Book") contains updated references to guidance on developing state and local emergency response plans. Brief references to recent legislation have been incorporated to encourage plan integration and coordination. This updated version of NRT-1 includes new guidance on integrating local emergency response plans prepared and updated by Local Emergency Planning Committees (LEPCs) with the planning requirements contained in recent legislation.

ALOHA Training Materials
ALOHA is the air model developed by NOAA and used within CAMEO. The following two files on this web page correspond to the ALOHA Two Day Training Course - Instructor Manual. One file provides the presentation slides (PDF) for the course (originally in PowerPoint). Another file is suggested text to be used by the instructor (originally in Word). The text includes script notes and detailed script. Script notes are abbreviated course instructions for every session. They would be used by the instructor as a quick reference guide. The script notes are followed by detailed scripts that are intended to cover the course in detail and are suitable for an instructor who is not familiar with the ALOHA application and training materials. Some of the detailed script goes along with the slides. The sections of detailed script associated with the slides will have a number that correspond with a number on the presentation slides. There is also azipped version (zip file) containing the 2 files. In the near future, an ALOHA Student Workbook will accompany the instructor manual on the web.

The purpose of this factsheet is to familiarize Tribal leaders with EPCRA and CAA section 112(r) Risk Management Program requirements. The information available under these laws can promote an integrated approach to Chemical safety on Tribal lands.
