    Chapter I - Environmental Protection Agency

    hazardous wastes, trash landfills radioactive and nuclear wastes . TSCA handles control of regulated substances as products in manufacture and distribution generally, not wastes; with the exceptions being asbestos, PCB's, and a few other compounds.
