Government agencies, states and organizations hire ETS to develop and manage programs on their behalf. Examples include our 60-year relationship with the College Board ® to develop and administer its SAT ® test and other programs, our 30-year relationship with the National Center for Education Statistics to develop and administer its National Assessment of Educational Progress (NAEP) test, and our long-term relationship with the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development in developing and administering its Programme for International Student Assessment (PISA) and Programme for the International Assessment of Adult Competencies (PIAAC) international skills assessments, among others.
