Singapore— Boeing and Air Cambodia announced at the Singapore Airshow the Southeast Asian airline’s largest single-aisle deal, an agreement for up to 20 737 MAX airplanes and the carrier’s first purchase of Boeing jets.
Air Cambodia finalized a firm order for 10 737-8s in December 2025, with options for 10 additional aircraft. The transaction had previously appeared as an unidentified order on Boeing’s public Orders and Deliveries website.
The airline said the 737-8 will help renew and expand its fleet as demand grows for regional connectivity. Configured for up to 178 passengers and able to fly as far as 3,500 nautical miles (6,480 km), the aircraft is expected to lower operating costs, including about a 20% reduction in fuel use and emissions versus the jets it replaces.
Air Cambodia currently operates six single-aisle and regional aircraft across Asia.
