As already discussed at the Caribbean Tourism Organization annual conference earlier this year in the Cayman Islands, an aviation link between the two regions would be the key to launching extensive cooperation in tourism. It would effectively create a new potential market for the Caribbean.
It may also open up the opportunity for an airline to invest in a regional carrier to enhance much-needed connectivity within the Caribbean region.
Organized under the supervision of Ibrahim Ayoub, G roup CEO of ITIC , Dr. Taleb Rifai, former UNWTO Secretary General and Chairman of ITIC, HRH Prince Dr. A Aziz Bin Nasser Al Saud, Chairman of the Baseera Group , together with its CEO Mr. Raed Habiss.
Mr. Habiss is also the chair of the World Tourism Network Saudi Arabia Chapter and invited WTN Global Chairman Juergen Steinmetz to this important discussion at the Intercontinental Hotel in Riyadh.
The conference will be a day after the largest and most influential tourism summit by the World Travel and Tourism Council (WTTC) will be concluded in Riyadh, the Saudi Arabian Capital city, followed by a press conference.
