昨年を振り返ると、孝行息子のおかげで、めでたく『じいちゃん』になりました。
まあもう直ぐ還暦だから、当たり前と言えば当たり前ですね。
また、昨年は『断捨離』と言う言葉が流行ったようですが、僕も身の回りの物を整理して、捨てる物は捨てて、身軽になろうと決めたのですが、今年も継続課題となりそうです。
仕事をしている時は、週末がなかなか来ないイメージが有りましたが、あっと言う間に過ぎた1年でした。
今年は、飲んだくれていると、1日があっと言う間に終わってしまうので、少しお酒をセーブできないかと思っています。週に1日のノンアルコールデーはとても辛いのですが、飲むにしても、仕事から帰って、風呂に入って直ぐに飲むのではなく、10分で良いから何かしたいなと考えています。

This year, when you drink, one day ends up quite quickly, so I think that I will drink a little bit. The non alcoholic day on the 1st of the week is very painful, but I think that I want to do something because it is good in 10 minutes instead of going home from work and drinking immediately after taking a bath even though I drink it.
