non-vaccinated students



I think the city's idea has a certain rationality.

But shouldn't the city proceed politely rather than simply withdraw the idea?

The city needs sufficient explanation and agreement with the residents including parents.

Of course, efforts are needed to eliminate bullying of non-vaccinated students.
