セムの天幕に住まわせ

ノアは 洪水の後三百五十年生きた
ノアは九百五十歳になって
死んだ
Cursed be Canaan; A servant of servants shall he be unto his brethren.
And he said, Blessed be Jehovah, the God of Shem; And let Canaan be his servant.
God enlarge Japheth, And let him dwell in the tents of Shem; And let Canaan be his servant.
And Noah lived after the flood three hundred and fifty years.
And all the days of Noah were nine hundred and fifty years: and he died.

セムとヤフェトは着物を取って自分たちの肩に掛け
後ろ向きに歩いて行き
父の裸を覆った
二人は顔を背けたままで
父の裸を見なかった
ノアは酔いからさめると
末の息子がしたことを知り
こう言った
And Shem and Japheth took a garment, and laid it upon both their shoulders, and went backward, and covered the nakedness of their father.
And their faces were backward, and they saw not their father’s nakedness.
And Noah awoke from his wine, and knew what his youngest son had done unto him.
And he said,
後ろ向きに歩いて行き
