エアアジアの変更ってスムーズにいかないんだよね…
・チャット(chat via AVA)は、所詮コンピュータでの回答で、全く使えない
・電話は、何度連絡しても対応者がふさがっているようで、全く繋がらない
何度電話して、いくら電話代払ってると思ってるんだ?
カスタマーの誰かを出して、折り返し連絡致しますだろ!
・メールしたけど返信連絡なし
めんどくさ…
エアアジア都合で勝手にフライトを変更するのだから、事前にフライトを変更するのか?
キャンセルするか?
ぐらい聞いてからの対応にしてほしいわ
到着日が翌日となることから、ホテル一泊が減るのだが、費用は誰が払うんかな?
また、キャンセルする場合はホテルキャンセル費用は誰が払うのかな?
朝から怒りまくり!

Fly-Thru flight cancellation notice

Dear Guest,
We regret to inform you that your AirAsiaX Fly-Thru flight XJ613/FD618 scheduled to depart from Osaka (KIX) to Siem Reap (REP) on Tuesday, July 23, 2019 has now been cancelled and moved as per the following new flight details.

Arrive in Kuala Lumpur (KUL): 02:55 PM (1455hrs), Local time

Depart from Kuala Lumpur (KUL): 06:40 AM (0640hrs), Local time
Arrive in Siem Reap (REP): 07:50 AM (0750hrs), Local time
You are advised to be at the airport 3 hours before the departure time to avoid any delays at check-in.
If you are unable to travel as per the above new schedule, we would like to offer you the following service recovery options:
1. Change your flight to another date/time within 30 calendar days, one time free of charge from the original departure date; OR
2. Reroute One-time reroute to Narita (NRT), Nagoya (NGO), Fukuoka (FUK) or Sapporo (CTS) within 30 calendar days of the original travel date without additional cost, subject to seat availability only for flights operated by Thai AirAsia X (XJ). OR
3. Request for a credit account of the value of your booking which is to be redeemed within 90 calendar days from the issuance date for your future travel with us. The actual travel dates can be after the expiry date as long as our schedule is out; OR
4. Request for a full refund of the value of your booking.

You may fill the eform or contact us through our customer contact channels with your new flight details (date and time) and passenger name(s) for option 1,2 or your AirAsia Big Loyalty member ID for option 3 request.
