このお店は千代むすび酒造さんの直営店で、「千代むすび酒造」で製造された日本酒を飲むことが出来ます。それを聞くと、「飲める種類が少ないのでは？」と心配される方がいらっしゃると思いますが、その心配はございません。メニューには様々な種類の日本酒が並び、日本酒意外のスピリッツ等も飲むことが出来ます。また、価格はとてもリーズナブルで、勢いよく呑んでも安心です。
この店では、まず３種類呑み比べセットを注文しました。出てきたお酒は、千代むすびの純米酒で精米歩合「６０％」、「５０％」、「４０％」の３種類。この３種類の飲み比べには驚かさました。まず、どれを飲んでも後味の雑味が無くて飲みやすい。また、衝撃的だったのが、同じ原料・酒蔵で製造しているはずなのに、「６０％」の味が「５０％」や「４０％」と同じものには思えなかったことです。精米歩合によって味は変化していきますが、これほどまでの変化を感じたことは初めてでした。酒好きの私としては、この呑み比べの中では「６０％」が一番好みでした。
呑み比べの次は、もう一つの３種類呑み比べセット。こちらは、甘口、基準、辛口の３種類でした。こちらも、先ほどの呑み比べセット同様に嫌な雑味がない。この日本酒を製造している酒蔵にレベルの高さを感じました。
飲み比べセットを呑んだ後は少し落ち着こうと、生搾りの日本酒を注文。またこの香りが凄い！口の中全体に日本酒の良い香りがファーと広がり、そのまま香りが鼻を通っていく。味もフルーティーで、本当に美味しい！
最後は、スピリッツのロックを注文。このスピリッツがまた良い！香りは柑橘系の香りがほのかに漂うことでスッキリとした感じがあり、アルコール度数47%とは思えない、高い度数のお酒に付き物のアルコールの嫌らしさが無い。こんなお酒があったとは・・・このお店には良い意味で驚かされてばかりでした。
また、お店で呑んだお酒はその場で購入することが出来ますので、お気に入りの１本をお土産に買ってはいかがでしょうか？
ちなみに、私は一番衝撃的だったスピリッツを購入して帰りました。

This shop is directly managed by Chiyomusubi Sake Brewery, where you can drink sake produced at Chiyo Musubi Sake Brewery. When you hear that, you may be worried that there may be few kinds of drinks. At this store, I ordered a set of three drinks. The sake that came out is Chiyo Musubi Junmai Sake, with three types of rice polishing rates: 60%, 50%, and 40%. I was surprised at the comparison of these three drinks. First of all, no matter what you drink, it is easy to drink without any aftertaste. Also, it was shocking that the taste of "60%" did not seem to be the same as "50%" or "40%" even though it should have been produced from the same raw materials and sake brewery. The taste changes depending on the rice polishing rate, but this was the first time I felt such a change. As a drink lover, I liked “60%” the most during this comparison.
Next to the drink comparison, another three kinds of drink comparison set. Here were three kinds of sweet, standard and dry. Here, too, there is no unpleasant taste as well as the drink comparison set. I felt the high level of the sake brewery that produces this sake.
After drinking the set, I ordered freshly squeezed sake to settle down a little. Also this scent is amazing! The good smell of sake spreads throughout the mouth and the scent passes through the nose. The taste is also fruity and really delicious!
Finally, I ordered a spirit lock. This spirit is also good! The scent has a refreshing feeling with a subtle hint of citrus scent, and does not seem to be 47% alcoholic. There is no dislike of the alcohol that accompanies high alcoholic beverages. That there was such a liquor ... this shop was just surprised in a good way.
Also, you can buy the sake you drank at the shop on the spot, so why not buy one of your favorite souvenirs as a souvenir?
By the way, I bought the most shocking spirit and went home.
