Rough Sea of Japan and seafood
Sea of Japan
at the end of the year 2020.
The waves were rough, but I managed to shoot it.
The place is the Echizen coast in Fukui prefecture.
Before shooting the sea, I ate the finest seafood.
Please have a look at the video of rough sea and best seafood.
☆ Notice
From my own experience, I believe it is very important for people to interact with each other at the individual level as a basis for international mutual understanding . Currently, international traffic of people has ceased due to the influence of COVID19, but after overcoming COVID19, I would like the people from foreign countries to come back to Japan and resume interacting with Japanese people .
With that wish in mind, I have created videos of unknown but very attractive destinations in Japan and posted them on YouTube.
If you agree with this purpose, I would be very happy if you could let people with the same aspirations or acquaintances overseas know.
Thank you very much.

Year to go year to come / New Year at a rural temple and shrine in the snow
Happy New Year.
I spent the year-end and New Year holidays in the snowy Hokuriku region.
Joya no kane is one of the annual events held in Japanese Buddhism during the year-end and New Year holidays. It is to slap the temple bell at midnight on December 31st (New Year's Eve). Joya no kane is struck 108 times in many temples.
It was a cold day with heavy snowfall, but thanks to that, it was very quiet.
In a calm atmosphere, you can hear the sound of the joya no kane from temples here and there.
Neither "Shyokusyo-ji Temple" nor "Okafuto Shrine" are tourist destinations.
They have been in the lives of local people for a long time.
Please enjoy the atmosphere of the year-end and New Year holidays in the Japanese countryside.
