ESH3814 Active Physics for ELs
Active Physics: Active Physics is a physics course designed for students to strengthen their Math 8 or Algebra 1 skills. This course has a strong emphasis on experimentation. The units of study focus on predictions, algebraic patterns, and real-world applications. Students study mechanics, electricity, wave phenomena, energy, and forces through hands-on investigations. The first day of class is Monday, July 8. Please complete the required student forms found at http://www.fcps.edu/is/summer/forms.shtml and have your student bring them to school on the first day. Students will receive transportation information before the course/class begins.
