In the 2025-2026 school year, Clearview will be an Advancement Via Individual Determination (AVID) school. In an AVID classroom, students will learn “how to learn” through note-taking, studying, and organizing assignments. These skills must be taught and practiced to perfect. Students can master these and other academic behaviors that will help them succeed in school and life. 

For AVID and your child’s success, it is important that the specific supplies listed below be purchased.  Also, please do not label any of the items; we will do this at school. Thank you.

En el año escolar 2024-2025, Clearview será una escuela de Avance a través de la Determinación Individual (AVID). Estas habilidades deben enseñarse y practicarse para perfeccionarlas. Los estudiantes pueden dominar estos y otros comportamientos académicos que les ayudarán a tener éxito en la escuela y en la vida.
