New After School Registration Process! 

All parents/guardians must complete the MS After-School form in the Parent Digital Consent System beforethe start of the school year. 

To gain access to the Parent Digital Consent System , you sign in with your Parent VUE account information. If you do not have a Parent VUE account, it is highly suggested you activate one. Please email @email to obtain your personalized access code. Directions on how to activate your account and log in will be sent via email. 

If you can not gain access to a Parent VUE account, contact our After-School Specialist for a paper copy.
