West Springfield Elementary School prepares all students for the future by developing critical and creative thinking, building positive relationships, supporting a caring culture, fostering a sense of community, and supporting each child to reach his or her full potential. We promote student achievement and equity through the use of culturally responsive instructional practices and resources that best meet the needs of a diverse student population. We honor the differences among cultures, value diversity, and interact knowledgeably and respectfully among a variety of cultural groups to support student learning.
