Who: 50 Willow students and 500+ local runners

The weather looks great—let's fill the course with familiar faces to root for our runners!

Help our 6th graders practice good citizenship! We are collecting for Western Fairfax Christian Ministries (WFCM) and aiming to beat last year’s massive record of 1,500 lbs.

Where: Lobby drop-off boxes each morning.

What: Pancake mix, cereal, canned meat, fruit cups, juice, and toiletries (shampoo, soap, toothpaste).

Goal: 1,500+ lbs!

We are officially gearing up for a major transformation of our campus. Construction on several new additions and building renovations is scheduled to begin in the summer of 2026. Learn more!

At Willow Springs Elementary School, relationships are at the center of our work. Guided by student voice and our Social Emotional Learning (SEL) focus on sense of belonging, we continue to build meaningful connections among students, staff, and families. We are intentional in our programs and partnerships within our school community.

Registration is now open for rising kindergarteners for the 2026-27 school year who are five years old on or before September 30, 2026, and for students in all other grades.

Registration is currently open for FCPS summer camps, including Tech Adventure Camp for current grade K-5 students, Elementary Institute for the Arts (EIFTA) for grades K-5, Institute for the Arts (IFTA) and Production Camp for current grade 6-11 students, and Career and Technical Education Summer Academy for Grades 6-11.
