We also have drum agitators with ATEX certification suitable for pumping highly flammable media such as Ethanol, Acetone, Alcohol, solvents, hand sanitizer, disinfectants etc.
Safety is paramount when working with flammable products or in EX zones.
This PAFX series of agitators guarantees this safety where high torque (Nm) is combined with very low air consumption and quiet motors of approx. 75 Db.
These drum mixers have a silicone and oil-free drive and class IP67 - waterproof.
The pneumatic motor is equipped with a terminal block and overload protection.
The PAFX compressed air powered drum mixers meet the NEC, EAC and ATEX standards.

The stainless steel motor bridge is completely fixed to the steel drum.
This pneumatically driven ATEX agitator fits through the 2 "opening with its 4-bladed folding propeller at the top of the barrel.

EX certified drum mixer for open top steel drums.
The stainless steel motor bridge is firmly fixed to the steel barrel with clamps.
The pneumatic ATEX agitator is equipped witha 3-cup conical cup propeller.
This EX barrel mixer is available for the following barrels: 30L, 60L, 100L and 200L
The motor plate can optionally be upgraded to a version with 2 half covers.

The tripod and agitator are only suitable for open top drums
and has a built in automatic agitator safety switch which switches the agitator
and the main air controller off when lifted.
The Tripod can be fitted
with different types of motors to suit your products viscosity.
