Enable hardware acceleration
In order to support 3D Maps, hardware acceleration must be enabled in most
browsers. To enable hardware acceleration in Chrome and Microsoft Edge, openSettings, selectSystem, and ensure thatUse hardware acceleration
when availableis enabled.
If you created an experimentalv=alphaMaps JavaScript API 3D map before
February 20th 2025 (prior to version 3.60.1) and encounter a
map error or black or blank map, you need to update your code
to continue using the Maps JavaScript API 3D map features.
A newmodeoption onMap3DElementmust now be set for 3D Map to be rendered
(2 new valuesHYBRIDandSATELLITEare available). The existingdefaultLabelsDisabledoption is removed, set the mode to eitherHYBRIDorSATELLITE.
