Firmware version and system updates
- Open the Google Home app.
- Tap Home

- Tap Settings
- Under "Technical information," check for Cast firmware version: "X.XX.XXXXXX" (speakers) or System firmware version "XX.XXXXXXXX.XXX.XXXX" (displays).
Your device usually downloads updates automatically. To manually download the latest update, follow these steps:
- Go to the home screen of your streaming device.
- Choose All settings
- Select About
