Sleep calibration failed

  1. Remove any objects between you and the display screen.
  2. Check that your Nest Hub is:
    1. Within 1 foot (30 cm) of the height of your mattress
    2. Nearby and within arm’s reach
    3. Facing your torso when you’re lying in bed
  3. Check for moving objects like fans, rocking chairs, and swaying curtains.

    2. While you’re asleep, moving objects should be farther away from Nest Hub than you are, even if they don’t block the screen.
