Issues with subscriptions due to content restrictions
Some apps and games are restricted based on the content rating because they target only users who are 18 and above or because app developers have chosen not to make them available to users under 18. This means app visibility and purchases, including subscription sign-ups, are limited to users who meet the age criteria. Developers may change their age criteria at any time and subscriptions are subject to cancellation if your account or developer settings change and no longer fit the criteria.

Issues with in-app subscription content
If you have issues with in-app content and want to give feedback or get help, contact the app developer. Payments for subscriptions are processed by Google Play but the app developer is responsible for the app and its content.
It’s best to contact an app developer to:
- Get help to fix an issue with an app or game and its subscription.
- Learn more about how to use an app or subscription.
- Ask about an in-app subscription that wasn’t delivered.
- Get help with username and password sign-in problems for specific apps.
