Refund timing
- Tracking is marked as delivered:It may take up to 48 hours for your refund status to update in your Google Store Order history .
- Refund is marked as received:
- It can take 24 hours to inspect.
- After inspection, a refund can take 1–14 business days.
Find your refund amount
You can find info about your refund amount in the “ Order history ” section of the Google Store.
Tips:
- You can find the estimated refund amount before the refund is issued.
- After your refund is processed, you can find the refund amount and the date of issue.
- For users in Japan:Your bank can take up to 45–60 days to process your refund.
