Make sure that the item you want to return is in its original condition. Follow the instructions in the Google Store Support email or in your Order history .
Ship your item through the paperless option
- Bring your package and confirmation email with the return code to a FedEx-supported drop-off location.
- Present the return code to the clerk.
- The clerk will print your shipping label and ship your package.
Tip:If you return more than one item from one shipment, pack all items together in one package.
Ship your item with a printed shipping label
- Ship the package back at your preferred carrier location.
If eligible for refund:After the return product is inspected, a refund can take about 1–14 business days.
If eligible for replacement:After the item is received and inspected, a replacement item will be shipped.
Tips:
- You can't reuse a promotional code after an item is returned.
- You can track your shipment after it ships.
