The legendary Polish boxer – Antoni Czortek. He took part in the Olympic Games in Berlin , in 1939 he received the title of the European vice-champion. He fought dozens of show fights in Auschwitz-Birkenau. He won all of them including one fight against the German kapo Walter. After being moved to KL Mauthausen-Gusen he still had to continue boxing.
