This bronze adze was accidentally discovered on a field in Järveküla (Jüri parish), near Tallinn , in 1983. It is one of the most decorative finds of Estonian Bronze Age, manufactured probably at the southern littoral of the Baltic Sea , dating from 1500 to 600 BC.
