Chakra Chatter

This painting was inspired by the first three chakras of the chakra system - the root, sacral and sola plexus chakra. The intention of the work is to have a pleasing effect on the viewer, through its vibrant colours and hypnotic psychedelia.

This artwork was produced during the 2020 period of quarantine, when many countries around the world went into lockdown to tackle the spread of Covid-19. It’s a personal response to crisis, uncertainty, and altered states of being.
