Proud papa and mama Gruat have reason to smile as they hold up seven months old Jean-Victor, their "Marshall Plan Bebe," for the cameraman. Marshall Plan streptomycin saved the youngster's life when none was available in France. Now, however, France, with Marshall Plan aid, is producing its own streptomycin.
