"The Golden Flyer" was driven cross-country by Nell Richardson & Alice S Burke in 1916. They eventually covered almost 11,000 miles, delivering suffrage speeches from the West Coast to New York . (National Susan B Anthony Museum & House Collection, received as a gift from Carrie Chapman Catt in 1947.)
