Thaddeus Cahill – Telharmonium

The Telharmonium was an early electrical organ, developed by Thaddeus Cahill and patented in 1897. Like the later Hammond organ, the Telharmonium used tonewheels to generate musical sounds as electrical signals by additive synthesis.
