Eagle’s chest features shield with Moscow’s coat of arms encircled
with chain of the Order of St Andrew. On eagle’s wings, shields with
coats of arms of Tsardom of Kazan, Tsardom of Astrakhan, Tsardom of
Siberia, Kingdom of Poland, Tsardom of The Tauric Chersonese, and the
Duchy of Finland.
