Institution in charge of guaranteeing the cultural rights of Mexicans. It develops and conducts the national policy on culture, as well as its international projection. It works to protect, conserve, study and disseminate the country's tangible and intangible cultural heritage. It promotes anthropological, historical, paleontological, artistic and restoration research and education. It also generates incentives for intellectual and artistic creation, while providing and maintaining the cultural infrastructure with worthy spaces, services and programming.
