tabVertikal enable on Chrome launch

Hello! I would like an option that allows tabVertikal to launch (as in open the tab panel) on Chrome launch and not just by clicking or pressing alt+V.

Could you please add the capability to "yellow highlight" the current tab in addition to just having a red dashed line around it?
