bug - URL not blocked

I have the extension set up to only allow Google-owned domains, but when I clicked a link from the within the AMD Adenalin software, https://www.amd.com/en/gaming/why-we-game.html#game-bundle loaded in the browser. I didn't think the correct page had opened so I tried again and this time, the extension correctly blocked it and showed the normal dialogue when it blocks something. This just happened today.
