Bought the premium don't like the quality

I created a 15 minute text to audio convertion and thought the audio was decent enough so I bought the lifetime premium an did a long conversion (over and hour if text to audio) and the AI speech was awful. I mean totally distracting from the content. Going to try again but I may simply want a refund if the product is not quit ready. Please advise.

You guys took my money and didn't give me access to the premium features.

You offer a payment plan for premium features but no way to access them after purchasing? This is a scam and I'll be calling my credit card union to dispute this and I will be reporting this.

Ability to slow down reading speed?

Hi!

Is there a way to slow down the reading speed? Or can that be introduced? The current voices really speed through all text, being able to slow their reading cadence (rather than slowing the recorded audio post generation) would be great!

The popup window is misaligned
