Subject: Unable to access Bulk Messaging / 50-Message First Day Limit Issue

Hello WA Web Plus Support,

I hope you can help me with an issue I’ve encountered.

I have a paid version of WA Web Plus (or WA Messenger / WAMessager etc.) and I have not sent any messages for the past two days. Today I tried to send a bulk message using my Excel contact list (about 200-250 numbers), but I received a warning that I cannot send more than 50 messages on the first day.

I believe that since I didn’t send anything in the last 48 hours, this limit should not apply, or at least it should have reset. Could you please clarify:

1. Why this limit is still enforced even after not sending messages for a couple of days?
2. How long does it take for the “first day” limit to reset?
3. Can you verify that my account/license is not restricted incorrectly?
4. Is there a way to increase this limit sooner, given that I’m using the paid version?

Thank you for your assistance. I rely on your tool for educational communication with parents, and this limitation is causing delays in informing them.
