Suggestion: Need to STICK the sticky notes!

It functions almost perfectly for the use case... minimal note per web page.
However, I many times need the note to stay open on the page as I'm working with it!
It would be great to toggle a 'stick' option on it (and maybe save state across reloads), with possibly the ability to drag it to somewhere on the page (save position as well).
C'mon shove that codebase into Claude AI (console) and let it do it for you ;)
