I can`t download my video

I recorded a two hour and thirty-seven minute video but the video did not appear in the library, is there a recording time limit? If I uninstall the extension and install it again, will it be able to save a video longer than two hours?

Sound not recorded

Hi support,
Actually, i recorded my meeting but i plugged in my headset while recording.

Choose the recording framerate?

I absolutely love this extension. Thank you a lot for such a great tool. Is there any chance that we can select the framerate before recording? Since in many cases I just need low framerate, such as 5fps, to reduce file size and still good enough for my need.

Problem with saving and retrieving videos

Good afternoon. I have recorded a video of 3.5hrs. It does shows in the library, however I cannot download and save it. It is constantly in a waiting mode. Also, another issue was when I was recording a video last night, at the end of the recording when you press Reelia icon to stop recording and to save, it did nothing and the video hasn't even appeared in the Library and I can't download it. Is it saved somewhere on my hard drive that I could find it and save it? Otherwise it is a great extension!

Problem with playback

Hi, so i did a screen recording that lasted 55 minutes, but when i go to play it back it wont let me choose a timestamp (i cant click on minute 33 as an example). it plays the video from the beginning though so im a little confused.
